Aunty Ifeoma and her friend are having the same argument that Amaka and Obiora have been having, which is what? What is the friend’s reasoning? How is this a metaphor for Jaja and Kambili’s life with Mama and Papa?

Answers

In Chapter 13, Aunt Ifeoma said that she had sent her Curriculum Vitae to a relative in America. The reason was to help her get a job as she planned to relocate.

The argument that Aunty Ifeoma and her friend were having that was similar to Amaka's and Obiora's discussion and pertained to the need to speak up about the ills in the university. The friend reasoned that it was better to keep mute. The metaphor is applicable because the children were keeping mute under the dictatorship of their father instead of speaking up.

What is the similarity between the discussions by the adults and children?

The academician who came to visit Aunt Ifeoma believed in keeping mute despite the challenges she and other professors were facing in school. Aunt Ifeoma did not believe this. She wanted to speak up so that her concerns will be addressed.

Instead of solving her problems, the system sought to sabotage her. This was similar to what Jaja and Kambili were facing. They remained silent in the face of their father's opposition.

using acts 3 and 4 of macbeth, find 3 different moments where shakespeare uses a literary technique or rhetorical device

Answers

Using Acts 3 and 4 of Macbeth, the various moments where Shakespeare uses a literary technique or rhetorical device are:

1) Irony - Naught's had, all's spent,

Where our desire is got without content.

'Tis safer to be that which we destroy

Than by destruction dwell in doubtful joy. (Act 3)

2) Rhyme - "Macbeth shall never vanquished be until / Great Birnam Wood to high Dunsinane Hill" (Act 4)

3) Symbolism - "Thou canst not say I did it. Never shake

Thy glory locks at me." (Act 3)

A literary device known as irony allows the audience or reader to understand the full significance of a character's words or actions while the character is unaware of it. It was first used in Greek tragedy. The Lady Macbeth quote from Macbeth in the example above for irony from the play shows how she and Macbeth killed people to achieve power, but now she believes that it could be preferable to be dead because you won't have to live in continual fear of being slain.

When words are used at the end of lines of poetry, they often end in a similar sound, which is known as rhyme. The Macbeth couplet used as the example for rhyme above, like others in the play, shows some significance to the story and concept of this work. Due to Macbeth's fallibility as a result of being duped by deft wordplay, it contributes to the play's subject of deception. This rhyme successfully deceives Macbeth by telling the truth in a smart way that makes it appear to be something else.

Symbolism is the use of an object to represent something else in order to give it a new meaning that is more significant to the text. According to the Macbeth symbolism example mentioned above, even though no one can prove that Macbeth killed Banquo, he still feels guilty. He is the only person who can see Banquo's ghost because of this. The ghost represents Macbeth's sense of guilt.

The visible plants on the landscape are simply photosynthetic leaves gathering sunlight for a much larger underground community. The main roots or rhizomes run horizontally just beneath the surface. They are safe from drying, pasture, trampling, fire, and frost here.

Because roots are the plant part that absorbs water and nutrients from the soil, they play an important role in crop growth. However, Pennsylvania, 41 U.S. (16 Pet.) 539 (1842), was a decision decided by the United States Supreme Court in which the court ruled that the Fugitive Slave Act of 1793 precludes a Pennsylvania state statute prohibiting blacks from being carried out of the free state of Pennsylvania and sold into slavery.

In his argument in relation to the same Justice Joseph Story indicated that the Fugitive Slave Act was only agreed to protect the interest of the Southern States and enable the formation of the Union not necessarily because it was in the character of the founding documents of the United States of America.

In the opinion of Samuel Adams,  "Among the natural rights of the colonists are the following: the right to life; the right to liberty; the right to property; and the right to maintain and protect them as best they can."

What are Natural rights?

Natural rights are those that are not reliant on the rules or practices of any specific culture or government, and hence are universal, fundamental, and inalienable (they cannot be repealed by human laws, though they can be forfeited via one's conduct, such as violating someone else's rights).

Natural rights analysis can uncover the essential liberties that all humans require to achieve happiness while living in close proximity to others—the rights to several properties, contract freedom, initial possession, self-defense, and restitution.

Answers

Comet 67P is the name of the comet on which the scientific team planned to land a spacecraft.

Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko created history by being the first comet to be orbited and landed on by Earth-based robots. In August 2014, the Rosetta spacecraft, carrying the Philae lander, rendezvoused with this comet and led it to the inner solar system and returned.67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko is a Jupiter-family comet that originated in the Kuiper belt. It has an orbital period of 6.45 years, a rotation period of about 12.4 hours, and a maximum velocity of 135,000 km/h. Churyumov-longest Gerasimenko's and widest measurements are roughly 4.3 by 4.1 km.Their findings imply that the substance that makes up 67P may serve as a significant source of carbon and organic material in our solar system, but the absence of molecules like glycine, which is present in meteorites, led Cottin to hypothesize that certain reactions are missing from our model of the chemistry of the solar system.

Thus the correct option is A.
