Anglo-Norman, a language related to French, temporarily took the place of English as the language of the higher classes after the Norman conquest of 1066.

My family and I made the decision to visit Digha for a little vacation last month. Six of us passed by our personal vehicle. Both the mother and the father drove in turns.

Digha provided us with a welcome break. We had been ill due to Kolkata's oppressive heat. Our scalding brows were soothed by the surf.

We all sprinted to the beach after settling into a motel by the water. The sea was at its most beautiful. The beach was packed with vacationers. There, I made a lot of friends.

When an enormous wave suddenly crashed in, we were all enjoying the waves of the ocean. We shouted with delight. But as soon as terror set in, our excitement subsided.

Wave after wave crashed ashore. A tsunami of waves overwhelmed the beach. Screaming and shouting were heard. Some were visible getting washed away.

As I approached the shore, I ran through the waves. Even though I was unable to find my family, I kept running.

I eventually arrived at our motel. I hurried to the balcony after going up to our room. Water was rushing in from every direction. It was like a tsunami hit us. People were escaping death with great speed. Screaming and shouting could be heard as automobiles and roadside stalls were being swept away.

I was frozen with horror as I stood there when I abruptly felt a touch on my shoulder. I turned and saw my dad. He gave me a reassuring smile. He gave me the go-ahead to glance behind him. There I discovered my entire family as well as a few more kids.

My dad is a strong man and a great swimmer. He had rescued as many kids as he could, including his own family.

I praised God for preserving my family. We took a car home the following day. There was no space in our automobile. We were saving the youngsters in particular from the fury of the sea by carrying as many people as we could.

define exigence ?

An exigence is just an issue that must be solved. It might be a scenario or merely an issue that prompts someone to write or talk about it in public, such as a formal speech or essay, so that it can be dealt appropriately. There might be both rhetorical and non-rhetorical requirements. A rhetorical exigence is anything that can be changed by rhetoric, whereas non-rhetorical exigences are things like natural disasters, deth, and the seasons. These are issues that cannot be changed through rhetoric because they are beyond our control. They all occur spontaneously and cannot be avoided. Racism is an example of rhetorical exigence, according to Bitzer in "The Rhetorical Situation," because speech is necessary to solve the situation.

In rhetoric, exigence is an issue, problem, or condition that leads or encourages someone to write or speak. The term exigence comes from the Latin word for "demand." Lloyd Bitzer popularised it in rhetorical studies with his book "The Rhetorical Situation" ("Philosophy and Rhetoric," 1968).

A reaction called a "synthesis" occurs when two or more simple chemicals combine to create a more complex result.

Explain Synthesis reaction?

A synthesis reaction can use either elements or compounds as reactants, but the end result is always a compound. A synthesis reaction is characterized by the formation of a more complex product from the reactants. When two or more elements come together to produce a compound, the synthesis reaction takes one simple shape that is easy to recognize. The second kind of synthesis reaction takes place when an element and a compound come together to create a brand-new chemical. Basically, find a product that includes all the component atoms to identify this reaction. Make sure to count the atoms in the reactants as well as the products. Spain's motive to send Columbus to the Caribbean islands was purely to expand on it.  He referred to it as the "West Indies" and the people there Indians.  If he had complete freedom to explore the world, he probably would have explored other places, or places he already knew about.  That would have just made him a traveler, not a person fit for world history.  I think it would have just made him travel to where Asia would be, or a very specific location that he was looking for because those were the discovered places.  California wouldn't have been founded, USA wouldn't have been founded, and all the people and what we know would be altered if it weren't for Columbus's expedition.
