Write a paragraph claim about poverty.

Answer 1

Answer:

Poverty is something that has been around since early civilization. As more inventions were invented and more factories and other devices were produced, the poverty rate increased. In 2020 the amount was almost 13.5 million people. The reason was probably the pandemic that affected jobs and inflated prices, which only increased the amount who were poor. So, poverty has been around for centuries and the more we advance, the more it increases, as well.

Read the text The Milky Way:

The band that looks like milk in the night sky isn't actually milk, of course–it's a galaxy. A galaxy is a huge cluster of stars, dust, gas, and other objects bound together in space. Our Solar System, which includes the sun, Earth, and other planets, is part of the Milky Way galaxy. The Milky Way is about 14 billion years old. Almost 10 billion years older than our Solar System!

It took many years to discover the Milky Way. In the early 1500s, Nicolaus Copernicus was the first to show that Earth was an object orbiting the Sun. In the early 1600s, Galileo Galilei used a basic telescope to show that the Milky Way was made up of countless stars. Then, in the late 1700s, William Herschel tried to map out the shape of the Milky Way. He did not realize that large portions of the galaxy were hidden by gas and dust, so he could not identify the true shape. Edwin Hubble had access to many powerful telescopes and tools to observe more objects in space. His work provided evidence that the Milky Way was only one of many galaxies in the universe. He also identifies the spiral shape of our galaxy.

Select a detail from the text that supports the idea that Nicolaus Copernicus's discoveries needed to occur before the Milky Way could be discovered.

In a 5 sentence paragraph, in what different ways can people be intelligent?

Answers

Many people can be intelligent in their own way. Many people just believe it’s only the smartness that makes you intelligent but in reality it’s your character. Who you are. Some people can be not smart in math but amazing in reading. Some people can do amazing in checking cars but not so great in painting. It’s your mindset and your character that makes you intelligent.

Answer:

1. Exercise regularly

Staying physically active is one of the best ways to improve brain functioning.

According to a 2018 studyTrusted Source, light exercise promotes activity in the hippocampus, which is involved in memory. It also enhances the connection between the hippocampus and other brain regions that regulate memory.

A 2014 studyTrusted Source also found that exercise increases the volume of the hippocampus. The authors of the study speculated that aerobic activity promotes the growth of neurons, which boosts brain structure and function.

To enjoy the cognitive benefits of exercise, it’s important to do it regularly. The good news is that you don’t have to exercise vigorously to reap the benefits.

Beginner-friendly exercise ideas include:

walking

yoga

hiking

bodyweight workouts

2. Get enough sleep

Sleep is also essential for supporting optimal cognitive function. When you sleep, your brain consolidates memories you created throughout the day. It also enhances your brain’s ability to learn new information when you wake up.

In fact, adequate sleep is so important that a 2019 studyTrusted Source found that even mild sleep deprivation negatively influences working memory.

3. Meditate

Another way to become smarter is to practice meditation.

In an older 2010 study, meditation was associated with better executive functioning and working memory. These effects were observed after just four days of meditation.

A 2019 studyTrusted Source found similar results. After participants completed 8 weeks of 13-minute guided meditation sessions, their attention, recognition ability, and working memory increased. The participants’ anxiety and mood also improved.

The researchers speculated that these cognitive effects were due to the emotional benefits of meditation.

There are many ways to meditate. You can:

use meditation apps

listen to guided meditation videos

attend a meditation class

4. Drink coffee

Adenosine is a brain chemical that stops the release of stimulatory substances in your brain. However, the caffeine in coffee blocks adenosine, which allows these substances to give you a boost of energy. This could help promote learning and mental performance.

A 2014 studyTrusted Source also determined that caffeine intake can enhance attention, which may help you stay focused, and better able to take in new information.

It’s best to consume coffee in moderation, though. Drinking too much caffeine can increase anxiety and make you jittery.

5. Drink green tea

Sipping on green tea can also support your brain function. Some of these effects are due to the caffeine in green tea, which is present in small amounts. Green tea is also rich in a chemical called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).

According to a 2019 reviewTrusted Source, EGCG may facilitate the growth of the axons and dendrites in neurons. Axons and dendrites make it possible for neurons to communicate and complete cognitive tasks.

Additionally, a 2017 reviewTrusted Source concluded that green tea increases attention and working memory. This is likely due to the combination of beneficial components in green tea, rather than a single substance.

6. Eat nutrient-rich foods

Another way to boost your brain health is to eat foods with nutrients that support brain function. This includes foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, flavonoids, and vitamin K.

Part 3

What is the author's purpose in writing this essay? Respond with a 6 to 8 sentence answer

Answers

Answer:

Part 1:

I'd probably make it a coming of age story, like The Catcher In The Rye. Lots of references to midwestern emo music (modern baseball, the front bottoms, fredo disco, etc.) and have it set in a small town that's falling apart. Imagine a typical kids coming of age movie, but with swearing and references to things kids wouldn't understand.

I'd make it a movie!

I'd choose the movie aspect because there's a lot of camera angles I see and would want to work with myself. Plus, I could gather up my friends to be actors! It'd be more impactful because you could see the story playing out, see the abandoned buildings, see that the only chain store in town is a gas station.

I'd title it something absolutely wild and completely unrelating to the story whatsoever, because if you're going to make a movie, why not have fun with it? I'd add a headlining song with the same wacky name (like Please don't tell my father that I used his 1996 Honda Accord to destroy the town of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania in 2002 by Pet Symmetry.)

The most important element would be to live while you still can. There'd be a scene where the characters would be talking about life on the roof of one of their houses when the best friend character just goes..."What's the point? Of all this? We just live and then we die? That doesn't sound....fulfilling." and then the main character looks at them and drags them along for a new fun adventure.

I'd make the story resonate with the reader that the scene mentioned before. Make the best friend character really happy and outgoing, before showing their true colors in the middle of the movie.

The author's purpose for writing this was entertainment. It's not informational or informative, so that leaves entertainment out on the table. Why not write a full-length film? It's entertaining for whoever wants to hear my thoughts and opinions.

Explanation:

If I were making a movie, I would give it a title that was entirely absurd and had nothing to do with the plot.

What was the Story ?

After all, why not have fun with it? I'd include a song with the same ridiculous title as the opening number, such as Pet Symmetry's "Please don't tell my father that I used his 1996 Honda Accord to destroy the town of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania in 2002."

The most crucial factor is to enjoy your life to the fullest. On the top of one of their homes, the characters would be having a conversation about life when the best friend character would suddenly disappear.

"What is the purpose? all of this? We simply live and then pass away? That seems less than...fulfilling "then the lead character turns to face themand takes them on a brand-new exciting adventure.

I would use the scene from the previous scene to make the story resonate with the reader. Before revealing their true selves in the middle of the film, make the character of the best buddy seem really joyful and gregarious.
