It took a long time and many messages to the support hotline to finally get to a place where I felt strong enough to tell someone how I felt. After I did I couldn't believe I hadn't done it sooner! They helped me realize that i was not the reason I felt this was but rather a chemical imbalance in my brain. I felt a relief, though I was still sad, at least now I knew why. My mom took me to the doctor where they asked me a ton of personal and repetitive questions. In the end I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and anxiety. They signed me up with a therapist that really helped. Now, even though I still get sad, I am back to a simi-normal lifestyle.
